FYI COMICS was created in February 2006 in Alexander City, AL.  It's goal was/is to produce the best art (in various    
  mediums) it can, for the enjoyment of everyone it possibly can.  We truly try to live by our motto, "COMICS, For Your
  Imagination!". While we are a web based studio (at the moment) we do have a personal mailing address should anyone

  FYI COMICS knows the importance of the web and knows it is important to assure the lack of product confusion. So FYI
  Comics has purchased the following web addresses in addition to our own.


  
  Like to submit to FYI COMICS for work or possible membership? No problem, just a few things you should know before
  you do so. 

  1) First of all, let me tell you that we rarely pay our people upfront.  It isn't that we do not want to pay our
  people but, at this time, it is unrealistic.  We usually pay a fair % of the profits, you retain ownership of your original art,
  as well as a few benefits that change from time-to-time (depending on the book, publisher, and other key factors).  You
  can make money this way but, at the same time, there is a bigger risk.   Just don't go quitting your day job!

  2) Submission guidelines:: 

      i) We require people to send links ( links only ) to samples of their work to submissions@fyicomics.com.  Any
      attachments will be deleted unless you have permission to send them to us.  No exceptions!  If we like your work we
      get in touch with you. 
  
      ii)  We live in a computer age so we require you to have, or have access to, a computer and working knowledge of
      such.  This is how we converse among each other, transport art, and make sure things get done. 
     
      iii)  While we do publish comics from time-to-time, we only publish comics by our members. No exceptions!  If you
      wish for us to look at your concept you must be a member.

      *Do to time constraints, we only reply to those we have immediate work for unless you make a $5 (US) donation to us
       through paypal (send it to daniellekeel@charter.net). If you make a donation please let us know in your submission so
       we will take note of the fact. We will not conduct the review until we receive the donation.  Please note, the donation
       is just a donation. In no way are you paying for this review and it does not assure you of a job.  There are no refunds!
 
  4) Membership guidelines::

  Membership has it's privileges.  Insider information, a profit sharing program,  and special discounts  are just a few
  of the benefits for our  members.

      i) You need to send an e-mail to us at contact@fyicomics.com.  In the e-mail, we require your name, age,  sex,
      location, e-mail address, and phone #.  Also we need a brief description of who you are, what you hope to achieve,
      and what can you do for FYI COMICS, and a link to samples of your work for us to review. We will try to get back to you
      as soon as possible but please be patient.
